Reassuring and responsive support
As an experienced and dedicated team, we aim to be able to give personal attention to our Tenants throughout the process of securing and moving into a property, and reassuring support throughout the tenancy, responding promptly and efficiently to any questions or maintenance issues. We will visit the property on a regular basis, giving Tenants frequent opportunities to discuss any relevant matters in person.

What to do if maintenance issues arise?
Sometimes things need fixing! We need you to tell us should there be problems at the property. For non-urgent maintenance issues, we use PropertyFile which incorporates maintenance workflow into our current management software. Tenants can accurately and efficiently report issues to us through the portal, so we can get the right contractor to attend as swiftly as possible.
In the event of an Emergency Issue at a managed property when the office is closed, Tenants are asked to refer to the Emergency out of hours contact list. The appropriate contractors should be contacted directly to attend as necessary.
