I grew up in the Chalke Valley near Salisbury, was educated in the Cathedral Close and at Sherborne, before studying Business in Property at university in Bristol. Property is as much about people as the property itself, and I value the trust and long-term relationships built through honest advice over nearly 20 years. My work has focused on Wiltshire and Hampshire, though I continue to advise clients further afield. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong network across the industry and always aim to find the best solutions for clients, whether selling a cottage, farm or townhouse, or simply offering sound market advice.

Salisbury born and bred, I’ve always had a passion for both property and people. I began my career nearly 20 years ago as a trainee negotiator with a local independent agency here in Salisbury, and I’ve never looked back. After nearly 11 years at Savills, I joined Myddelton & Major in 2024. I take pride in valuing properties sensibly and offering honest, practical advice that helps my clients make the right decisions and achieve the best possible results. Having experienced many different markets and navigated countless challenges, I firmly believe that clear communication and mutual trust are the foundations of every successful property transaction.

Having grown up in the Avon Valley, I’ve always loved being part of the Salisbury community. I started my career in sales and spent several years in Dubai, where I became involved in my daughter’s schools and ran my own art business. I returned home to Salisbury in 2015 and worked across property management and then lettings, going on to co-lead the department. I joined Myddelton & Major in 2021, originally in lettings and, more recently, as part of the Residential Sales team. My combined background in sales and property management allows me to bring a well-rounded approach to helping clients find their perfect homes.

With over a decade of experience in local property sales in Hampshire and Wiltshire, I have a thorough understanding of every stage of the process, from valuation and marketing to negotiation and progression. I am a graduate of the Royal Agricultural College with a degree in Property Agency and Marketing, which was an excellent start to my property journey, and since then I have encountered almost every scenario the local housing market can present. My calm, professional approach and deep local knowledge help me provide a seamless experience for clients and achieve the best results for every sale. After all, a property sale or purchase can be a significant end of an era or start of a new chapter.

I grew up in Sparsholt, Hampshire, and have lived in Stockbridge for 20 years. Having always felt connected to the area, I understand what makes this part of Hampshire special to those who call it home. Over the years, I’ve built strong relationships across the community, from homeowners and landlords to tradespeople and business owners. This network enables me to offer trusted advice and genuine understanding of the property market. With over 23 years’ experience managing properties, I have a dual perspective of buying and selling as both agent and investor. Whether you’re purchasing your first home, downsizing or selling, I know what matters when making property decisions.

My first house purchase at 24 sparked my passion for property. I renovated my home whilst working in London and studying for a business management degree in Oxford. Learning about efficiency, buyer behaviour and economics has been invaluable in my career. I later ventured into designing and building new homes, which taught me what people want, how properties should be presented and the importance of deadlines. I’ve worked in sales and lettings for five years across Hampshire and Wiltshire, advising clients and ensuring the process is efficient. I’ve also managed a commercial property estate for 15 years, giving me a broad view of the market and helping me be an informed adviser.
