    I had the pleasure of having Siobhan as a go to contact for the length of my nearly 2 year tenancy. She went above and beyond for me, has even come out to show me how things work, communication was always prompt never had to wait a long time for a reply and she also made sure any issues were resolved quick if there were any. She made sure to explain things to me so I understood things, now I have a much better understanding of renting a property as a whole and what I need to do to maintain a property. During my one-year stay, Myddelton & Major provided excellent service throughout. Everything from the key transfer at the start to the final inspection which was done very professionally, was handled with great care and attention to the customer. The service was great as I always got a response within two days to any query. Contracts were handled transparently and the communication and documentation were good.
