Myddelton & Major have sold 40 Blue Boar Row, Salisbury.
Situated in a prominent position overlooking the Market Square, the building was occupied for many years by Pizza Hut. Although the building’s association with food goes back much further when it was part of the Cadena Café chain (a latter day Costa/Starbucks).
The building is now to become part of the Amber Taverns chain, who operate over 175 pubs across the UK and will be embarking on a major refurbishment of the building in 2026.
