Industrial complex on sale – for £1.75 million

A substantial industrial complex on a site of more than three acres just half a mile from Frome town centre has come up for sale at £1.75 million.

Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has been instructed to market the former TH White Premises in Vallis Road.

This follows the relocation of TH White’s agricultural branch to Marston Park, just off the A361 Frome bypass, in late 2017.

Myddelton & Major Partner Dean Speer said: “This is a unique opportunity to acquire a large warehouse with a substantial yard area.

The main buildings are of steel frame construction with a combination of blockwork, profile steel and cement sheet elevations beneath pitched cement sheet roofs.

Vallis Road is situated on the northern fringes of the town on the A362, which provides access to Frome Railway Station and the towns of Radstock and Midsomer Norton. Frome town centre is within half a mile.

Frome is situated in a strategic location on the Somerset/Wiltshire border, with excellent road and rail links to major networks. The M4 is accessed via Junction 18, which lies approximately 23 miles to the north and the A303 lies approximately 14 miles to the south east.
