Village industrial units snapped up
Two industrial units on a leafy business park in a village setting near Warminster have been acquired.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major successfully negotiated the sale of Units 1 & 2 on the Poundbarton Industrial Estate at Sutton Veny.
The quoting long leasehold price for the two units was £125,000.
Myddelton & Major Dean Speer said: “We experienced strong demand from owner occupiers for these units.”
Unit 1 has been partially fitted out with offices to provide a reception and two offices, all with fitted carpets, strip lighting and night storage heating. Behind there is a workshop/storage area with double loading doors.
Unit 2 is an open workshop/warehouse unit with an up and over shutter door and cloakroom. The units have a minimum eaves height of 11 ft (3.35 m).
Sutton Veny is a small village lying to the south of Warminster town centre, close the A36 Warminster bypass.
Poundbarton Industrial Estate is a modern development of industrial/warehouse units, built approximately 30 years ago on the edge of the village.
