Jenson Court proves Popular
Myddelton & Major have assigned the lease of Unit J2 on the popular Jenson Court starter unit scheme at Commerce Park.
The existing tenant Centrego, needed extra space on the Park, which was facilitated by Myddelton & Major, who found the assignee for their existing overspill storage unit so that the deals could run together simultaneously.
Unit J2 comprised 1875 sq ft and has been taken by Life and Mobility Solutions.
