Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully negotiated the letting of Unit 19 at Commerce Park on a new six-year lease at a quoting rent of £9,500 per year.

“The 1,500 sq ft (139,35 sq m) unit is in Jenson Court, a 21-unit development on Commerce Park which is on the A361 Frome bypass, approximately 14 miles south of Bath and 13 miles from the A303.
