An industrial/warehouse unit at Salisbury’s most established commercial employment area has become available to let due to relocation.

Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has been instructed to market Unit B in Telford Road on the popular Churchfields Estate

Quoting rent for the 4,283 sq ft (397.89 sq m) unit is £25,500 per annum with the assignment of a 10-year lease from May 2011.
