Health firms snap up business units

Two health-based companies have snapped up space on an established north Hampshire business park.

London-based Pharma Experts Limited has taken the ground floor at 4 King John House on the Kingsclere Park at Kingsclere, while Reading-headquartered Blue Angel Care has leased the first floor.

Salisbury property consultancy Myddelton & Major successfully brokered the deals for both units.

Quoting rent for the 1,189 sq ft (110.46 sq m) ground floor was £7,800 per annum while the 1,222 sq ft (113.52 sq m) first floor was listed at £7,950. Both companies have agreed six-year leases.

King John House provides business/office accommodation within an established business estate.

Kingsclere Park is situated to the east of the village of Kingsclere and the property is located close to the A339. Other established businesses in the locality include Bose CME UK and The Woodhouse Partnership.

Kingsclere is situated in a strategic location between Newbury, seven miles north and Basingstoke, nine miles to the south east. There is easy access to the, M4 situated 11 miles to the north and the M3, situated 10 miles to the south east.
