Rockhaven unit at Phase 2, Westbury, at the region’s largest industrial estate.
Unit 32, a newly built 2500 sq ft mid terrace industrial unit, was let to Trelleborg (Westbury) on a 3 year lease.
Agent Gary Mead commented ‘it has been good to be involved with another Rockhaven letting. Trelleborg are an existing occupier at West Wilts Trading Estate, who required some additional space for a new project and it was clear from an early stage that Unit 32 would fulfil their requirement well’.
