New tenants for industrial unit
An industrial unit in a prime position on a popular Salisbury business park has now been let.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully negotiated the letting of the modern industrial Unit 31 at the Clarendon Centre, which fronts the A36 Southampton road on the southern edge of the city.
Quoting rent for the 1,845 sq ft (171.40 sq m) two-storey unit was £13,800 per annum.
