Flora has designs on character refurbishment

Unit 3 at Chaldicott Barns, Semley, has been let on a six-year lease to Flora Soames in a deal brokered by property consultancy Myddelton & Major.

Family-run Chaldicott Barns’ secure offices and warehouses are set within 40 acres of scenic natural woodland in Tokes Lane, Semley.

Myddelton & Major Partner Dean Speer said: “Flora Soames is a leading interior designer with her studio providing the highest quality service, alongside a new and original fabric and wallpaper collection.
