Office unit sold at Barnack Business Centre

A corner office suite in an imaginatively designed courtyard development is now under new ownership.

Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully negotiated the sale of the offices at Barnack Business Centre in Blakey Road, Salisbury.

The quoting price was £245,000 on a long lease with approximately 96 years remaining. The name of the new owner has not been revealed.

Myddelton & Major Associate Rachael Wythe said: “The offices of Unit 24-25 are situated at first floor with a reception area, kitchen and cloakroom facilities and five parking spaces are allocated.

“Barnack Business Centre is on the south eastern edge of the Salisbury city centre with access to the A36 Southampton Road.

“We are pleased to have negotiated the sale of these offices to a new owner.”
