Joinery firm expands on business park
An industrial unit at Whaddon, near Salisbury, is to be home to an expanding joinery business.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully negotiated the letting of the industrial/warehouse unit at popular Whaddon Business Park on a new four-year lease at a quoting rent of £8,500 per year.
Myddelton & Major Partner Dean Speer said: “The new leaseholder is family business Bowden Joinery which is already well established at Whaddon.
“Their business of supplying bespoke joinery products is expanding and this unit will provide the perfect accommodation for their growing plans.”
The mid-terrace unit comprises a warehouse with first floor offices/storage space and measures 1,498 sq ft (139.16 sq m) in total.
