Going loco over workshop
A workshop/warehouse unit with office on a growing business park at the former MoD armaments camp at West Dean on the Hampshire/Wiltshire border has become available to let.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has been instructed to market Unit 18, The Loco Shop at Dean Hill Park – which has superfast broadband available.
Quoting rent for the 1,918 sq ft (178.18 sq m) unit is £12,500 per annum on new lease terms to be agreed.

The former Royal Naval Armaments Depot Dean Hill began life during the Second World War after Ministry of Defence requisitioned more than 500 acres of farmland to boost the war effort.
In 2004, the then Defence Munitions Dean Hill was eventually closed by the Government and most of the site the site sold to a company that demilitarised the area and brought the redundant buildings back to life as the redeveloped Dean Hill Park.
