Beautiful Touch for Waterlooville

A new beauty salon has opened up shop at the heart of Waterlooville town centre.

The Brows Lounge has moved into Unit 14, The Boulevard in a deal brokered by Property consultancy Myddelton & Major.

Quoting rent for the 514 sq ft (47.75 sq m) shop was £15,000 per annum and the new tenant has agreed new 10-year lease.

Myddelton & Major Partner Simon Lee said: “It is always pleasing to see a new business grow and therefore I was particularly pleased to help facilitate the Brows Lounge’s expansion into Waterlooville.

“The salon, which is open seven days a week, offers traditional services such as threading, waxing, tints, eyelashes, facials, massages, body scrubs, manicures and pedicures.”

The property comprises a ground floor shop unit with an ancillary first floor storage area and a WC.

The Boulevard forms a busy pedestrian thoroughfare, linking the main pedestrian section of London Road with the Dukes Walk shopping centre, anchored by Waitrose and Wilkinson

Busy Waterlooville, population around 20,000, is eight miles north of Portsmouth, with the A3M motorway approximately one mile to the east The town serves a wide catchment area including Purbrook, Cowplain, Denmead, Horndean and Widley.

The town is approximately eight miles north of Portsmouth, 10 miles south of Petersfield, four miles north west of Havant and just over three miles north east of Cosham. Access from the A3M motorway is just a mile to the east.
