New High Street home for beauty salon
A hair and beauty salon has opened for business in a new-build, mixed-use development in Amesbury town centre.
This follows property consultancy Myddelton & Major successfully negotiating the letting of 1 Sloane Court at 37-39 High Street to Donna’s New Image Ltd.
Quoting rent for the 624 sq ft shop was £12,000 per annum on the remainder of 10-year lease from 2017.
Myddelton & Major surveyor Gary Mead said: “It was a pleasure to help with Donna’s New Image Ltd’s move to Sloane Court, the high standard new development which is proving very popular.
“The business, which offers a one-stop solution for eyelashes, eyebrows, hair styling, hair extensions, micro loops, spray tans and acrylic nails, will be a welcome addition to the High Street.”
Sloane Court occupies a busy town centre trading position fronting popular Amesbury High Street, close to the junction with Fairfax Close.
Nearby occupiers include the George Hotel, bookmakers William Hill, Johnson’s Dry Cleaning, Barclays Bank and the New Inn pub.
