A large warehouse and yard on a big site in a village setting on the Wiltshire/Somerset border has become available.

Property consultancy Myddelton & Major is marketing the Timber Yard in Bradley Road, Maiden Bradley.

Quoting rent for the 20,397 sq ft (1,894.88 sq m) premises on a site of 1.27 acres (0.51 ha) is £55,000 per annum on a new lease to be agreed.
