Andover office building now fully occupied
A multi-let office building in Andover is now fully occupied following the letting of the final suite in a deal brokered by property consultancy Myddelton & Major.
Suite 7 at the office building at 2 Church Close has been let on a new 3 year lease.
Myddelton & Major Associate Rachael Wythe said: “This is a multi-let office building and with this last office now let the property is fully occupied.
“This letting is further proof that buildings housing good quality office suites in a variety of sizes will always remain popular with businesses.
“There is very much a demand for offices such as these from businesses who may not want their own premises, nor be in a serviced office environment.”
Church Close is on the north eastern edge of the town centre, within easy walking distance of the High Street and main shopping area, the Chantry Centre. It adjoins the A3057 (East Street), which forms the inner ring road.
Church Close has a number of occupiers including a dental surgery, Andover Museum and a pub.
The premises comprise first and second floor office. The entrance hallway leads to stairs to the first and second floor.
Myddelton & Major was named the most active agency in Wiltshire in 2017 for the sixth year running by Estates Gazette, the weekly and online magazine of the UK commercial property industry.
