Immaculate Tots move into business park
Former office space at Old Sarum Park has now become home to a children’s day nursery.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has let the property, Stirling House in Danebury Court, to Immaculate Tots Childcare Ltd at a quoting rent of £20,000 per annum.
Myddelton & Major Partner Dean Speer said: Immaculate Tots is the baby of Rita and Longinus, former childminders who have three children and have now realised their dream of setting up a nursery.
“Immaculate Tots is for children aged from birth to five years old, and open from 7am to 7pm all year round. The nursery was officially opened by the Mayor of Salisbury, Mike Osment.
“The building has 11 car parking spaces, plus an extra useful area which is now being used by Immaculate Tots for outside play.”
The detached two-storey modern building has central heating and some air conditioning, fitted carpets, cloakroom facilities and a kitchen.
Stirling House is situated on the edge of the Old Sarum Park development in an attractive position overlooking Old Sarum Airfield. The property was previously used as offices but the landlords, Maybrook Properties Ltd, had obtained prior approval to allow its use as a day nursery.
Old Sarum is located a mile-and-a-half north of Salisbury city centre, with easy access from the A345 Salisbury to Amesbury road, which links to the A303/ M3 (seven miles away) to the north at Amesbury.
Myddelton & Major was named the most active agency in Wiltshire in 2017 for the sixth year running by Estates Gazette, the weekly and online magazine of the UK commercial property industry.
