A retailer of beds and mattresses has taken a shop unit in a prime position in Amesbury town centre.
Elite Beds and Mattresses Direct Ltd has acquired Shop 1at 23 Salisbury Street in a deal brokered by property consultancy Myddelton & Major.
Quoting rents for the 1,864 sq ft (173.17 sq m) unit was £24,950 per annum and Elite Beds has agreed a 20-year lease.
