New vape shop set to open
A new vape shop is set to open in Salisbury’s Endless Street after the letting of a retail unit by property consultancy Myddelton & Major.
Shop 1 in Loder House at 16 Endless Street was let to Mr Steven Moore.
A new five-year lease has been signed on the ground floor shop unit with a net sales area of 474 sq ft (44.03 sq m).
Myddelton & Major Surveyor Gary Mead said: “This centrally-located shop at the heart of Salisbury city centre was considered ideal for a range of businesses.
“Because the premises occupy a central trading position, fronting Endless Street at its junction with Chipper Lane and Salt Lane and close to Market Place, there is excellent footfall.
“Other occupiers trading close by include Gala Bingo, Special Wok Chinese Takeaway, Castle Cameras, William Hill and Papa John’s Pizza.”
The premises comprise a ground floor retail unit with recessed front entrance leading to an open plan sales area, benefiting from suspended ceiling with fluorescent lighting, together with partitioned rear office area, staff kitchen and separate WC facilities.
Myddelton & Major was named the most active agency in Wiltshire in 2018 for the seventh year running by Estates Gazette, the weekly and online magazine of the UK commercial property industry.
