Myddelton & Major secure tenancies for four more city centre properties

Myddelton & Major have secured tenancies on four city centre properties.

Number 10 Green Court – a modern, three-bed townhouse – was let for £1,100pcm.

While the three-bed, semi-detached 32 Friary Lane secured £850pcm.

Flat 2, 59 Estcourt Road also achieved its asking price of £650pcm, as did 84

84 Brown Street, which was let for £995 pcm.

Lettings negotiator Siobhan Macfadyen said: “Each of these properties is very different, but all have their own merits and provide easy access to the city, so they were snapped up very quickly.”
