Estate agency branch to open
Bassets Property Services Ltd is set to relocate their registered office to a prime Salisbury location.
The letting of the ground floor retail unit in Cheviot House at 69-73 Castle Street was brokered by property consultancy Myddelton & Major.
Quoting rent for the 1,215 sq ft (112.88 sq m) shop unit was £17,950 per annum and Bassets have agreed a 10-year lease.

“Bassets, which was set up by David and Mary Clayton in 2002 has become established as a residential sales and lettings agency in south Wiltshire.
“I was pleased to facilitate the company’s relocation from existing premises in Castle Street into these new premises comprising a ground floor retail unit with an open plan retail area, plus three storage/offices and a kitchen.”
