A driving school has acquired at a unit a strategic North Dorset business location on an established Shaftesbury business park.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully negotiated the letting of Unit 40b, Wincombe Business Park to 2nd2None Driving School Limited.
The firm has taken a 10-year lease on the 1078 sq ft (100.15 sq m) unit for which the quoting leasehold rent was £7,250 per annum.
