Our dedicated team of Chartered Surveyors, based in centrally in Salisbury, provide a full range of property management advice and services.
We manage retail properties, multi-let office buildings, industrial and warehouse properties, estates and business parks across the south-central region for around 100 different clients.
These clients range from private individuals with single properties to national investment funds and institutions such as Legal & General IPIF and Aviva Life & Pensions.
We cover areas ranging from West London to Cornwall and from the South Coast to the Midlands.
We are able to offer an individually tailored management service, collecting rents, devising, setting up and administering service charges, liaising with tenants over occupational matters and ensuring that the properties are actively managed to enhance value and income stream.

We are an RICS regulated firm with over a century of experience in the commercial sector. We will advise on and deal with the larger, scheduled lease events such as Renewals and Rent Reviews and also deal with matters that crop up during the lease term such as Assignments, Underlettings and Alterations. Further to this we will advise and negotiate lease restructure and regear of occupational arrangements to help you take advantage of opportunities that arise from Lease Surrenders and Break Options.
