We rented with Myddelton and Major from February 2020 to December 2021 and the team was very helpful and ensured that everything ran smoothly, despite the problems thrown at us all by the COVID-19 pandemic and restrictions.

Myddelton & Major has acted for our group of companies since 2014 on multiple sites throughout the South West region, with both site acquisition advice and also successful sales and lettings of the finished product. During my one-year stay, Myddelton & Major provided excellent service throughout. Everything from the key transfer at the start to the final inspection which was done very professionally, was handled with great care and attention to the customer. The service was great as I always got a response within two days to any query. Contracts were handled transparently and the communication and documentation were good. Fixes to the property were conducted fast without bureaucratic forms or whatnot, just quick and in good trust.
