Half Moon Bay signs for 19,000 sq ft in Melksham
Myddelton & Major have acquired approximately 19,000 sq ft of space at Hercules Way, Bowerhill Industrial Estate in Melksham, Wiltshire for their client, Half Moon Bay. A 9 year lease has been negotiated.
For 25 years, Half Moon Bay has supplied retailers of all sizes across the globe with its award-winning licensed and themed giftware. The family-owned business began in 1995 by distributing unusual giftware products from the USA. Today, it represents many of the world’s biggest entertainment brands to create outstanding products that consumers love.
The business has an office in Bath and its new Wiltshire facility includes assembly, packing and warehouse space on the ground floor as well as an office area on the first floor. The detached unit also benefits from car parking and good infrastructure links with direct access to the A350 by-pass.
