This Grade II Listed three storey building had, for many years, been used as a chiropractic clinic. With the expiry of the tenant’s lease, planning consent was secured for change of use from Class D2 to residential.
The property was offered for sale at a guide price of £360,000 and a sale to a party who is going to undertake the conversion to residential use, has now been completed.
