Corner shop let to barbers business

A shop in a prominent position on a main arterial route to Salisbury city centre is set to be used as a barbers.

Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully negotiated the new six-year lease on the shop in a corner position on Fisherton Street at a quoting rent of £6,000 per annum.

Myddelton & Major Surveyor Gary Mead said: “The new tenant is Diz Salisbury No 1 Ltd, and the lock-up shop will be used as a barbers.

 “Fisherton Street connects Salisbury’s main-line railway station to the prime shopping area and houses shops, offices, pubs and restaurants. Other occupiers include Multiyork Furniture, Argos and Pampurred Pets.”

The newly let shop, which has a sales area of 230 sq ft, is in a prominent corner position with good visibility to passing traffic on Fisherton Street.
