High Street now with added sparkle and shine
A new branch of an established jewellery shop is set to add a touch of sparkle to Gosport High Street.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully negotiated the letting of the shop unit at 72 High Street on a new 10-year lease at a quoting rent of £10,500 per year.
Myddelton & Major Partner Simon Lee said: “This move marks the expansion of an existing jewellery firm and the business will be a welcome addition to the facilities in the pedestrianised section of Gosport’s High Street.
“The shop is in a central trading position with a good variety of traders nearby including Subway, Nationwide, New Look, Warrens Baker and Peacocks.
“It’s great to see there is confidence in the ability of retail on our high streets to bounce back as we ease out of this year of lockdowns.”
Myddelton & Major was named the most active agency in Wiltshire in 2020 for the ninth year running by Estates Gazette, the weekly and online magazine of the UK commercial property industry.
