An expanding hair salon business is moving into a shop in Station Road, New Milton.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully negotiated the letting of a retail unit at Mallard Buildings to Celly’s Hair Salon on a new 10-year lease at a quoting rent of £13,950 per year.

The shop has a net sales area of 535 sq ft (49.70 sq m) and a separate office, kitchen and WC.
The busy Hampshire town of New Milton has a population of around 25,000 and lies on the south coast six miles west of Lymington and six miles east of Christchurch.
