New City Centre Japanese Restaurant for Salisbury
Myddelton & Major are pleased to announce the letting of Unit 2B, Market Walk in Salisbury City Centre.
The unit comprises 904 sq ft of retail space, which has been let on new lease terms, having been marketed at a quoting rent of £23,000 per annum.
The property, formerly occupied by Jenny’s Café & Bistro, is set to be completely refurbished and re-opened as Mountain Spring, a Japanese style restaurant and bar.
