Office suite in listed building for rent in Salisbury

Office accommodation in a central Salisbury location has just been let.

Property consultancy Myddelton & Major successfully negotiated a deal on a self-contained office suite in a listed building at 21A New Street.

The quoting rent for the suite of four offices totalling 646 sq ft (60.01 sq m) was £5,950 per annum.

The new tenants are chartered surveyors Step Associates who have agreed a five-year lease on the property.

The offices are approached under an archway off New Street and there is an attractive courtyard garden with an external staircase leading up to the suite of four offices. There is a multi-storey car park opposite the property.
