An established hair stylist has taken over a salon premises in central Salisbury.
This following the letting of 1A Brown Street in a deal brokered by property consultancy Myddelton & Major.
Quoting rent for the city centre retail premises with a ground and first floor net area of 378 sq ft (35.12 sq m) was £6,950 and new tenant has agreed a five-year lease.
Myddelton & Major Partner Simon Lee said: “This letting means that the established hair stylist is to take over the shop from the previous beauty salon owner.
“Comprising a ground floor retail space with internal stairs leading to an ancillary first floor area – the retail unit is considered ideal for hair salon use. There is a separate WC, together with attic storage space on the second floor.”
The property fronts Brown Street, close to its junction with Winchester Street, which forms part of the city’s inner ring road, with customer parking facilities available in the Brown Street pay and display car park.
